The Jobs page is where you discover and apply to open opportunities on Folio. All roles are remote and designed for healthcare professionals looking to contribute to AI training and evaluation projects.

## Searching for Jobs

Use the **search bar** at the top of the Jobs page to find roles by title, specialty, or keyword. Results update in real time as you type.

## Filters

Two filter options appear above the job grid:

| Filter         | Description                                                                                     |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Folio Jobs** | Displays all open listings posted directly by Folio                                             |
| **Best Match** | Uses AI-powered matching to surface roles most relevant to your profile, skills, and experience |

For the most relevant results, complete your profile before using Best Match.

## Job Cards

Each job is displayed as a card showing:

* **Job title** — The role name and specialty
* **Hourly rate** — Compensation in USD per hour
* **Hours per week** — Expected weekly time commitment

## Types of Roles

Folio lists opportunities across a wide range of healthcare backgrounds, including:

* **Physicians** — Internal medicine, family medicine, pathology, allergists/immunologists, and other specialists
* **Residents & Fellows** — Radiology residents, clinical AI fellows (primary care, critical care, medical safety)
* **Nurse Practitioners** — Board-certified NPs
* **Nurses & Nursing Students** — Clinical roles and entry-level AI training projects
* **Medical Students** — M1–M4 positions with flexible hours
* **Allied Health** — Licensed therapists, functional nutritionists, social workers
* **Other** — Accounting students, interns, and specialized evaluation roles
