Folio offers letters that satisfy CPT/OPT requirements. Once you are accepted into a Venture Cohort, we will reach out with further details regarding your particular CPT/OPT letter. Folio.works is e-verified, and we are willing to help you with any forms your specific school might require to process your CPT/OPT status.

Folio CANNOT sponsor H1-B visas or guarantee that the startups we work with will sponsor them.
While we can guarantee several options for your internship (all companies will be venture-backed startups), we cannot assure you that you will receive a full-time offer. That will have to be a discussion you have with the founders before the internship starts, ongoing during your project, and afterward.
We recommend 10-20 hours/week as an active student. If you are not enrolled, enrolled part-time, or an international student with VISA limitations, we will guide you and your host company.
We highly recommend against it, as past experience has taught us that students who take on multiple internships generally struggle to keep up with the demands of each internship.
Yes! College students can work with their university department to earn college credit for their internship. We do not have the resources to facilitate this for you, but we highly recommend you reach out to our department advisor to ask for credit.
