The onboarding library is a feature that streamlines the intern onboarding process. It allows you to pre-upload and store standard onboarding steps, resources, and materials. When you hire a new intern, you can easily select and assign these pre-loaded items, eliminating the need to manually recreate the onboarding process each time.

This ensures consistency and saves time by making your established onboarding procedures readily available and easily customizable for each new hire.

You can add links, instructions, and specific assignments based on the program track. Additionally, you can upload files for your interns to review.

Once you've successfully added your onboarding steps, they will be available for you to assign during the hiring process in job postings.
