Joining an Existing Organization

If another team member has already created your organization on Folio, learn how to request to join below.

Step 1: Search for Company

Start typing your organizations name. If it populates on the dropdown, select the organization.

Step 2: Request to Join

Double-check that you have selected the right organization. You should see the company's name, the location, and the primary admin, as well as their name and title.

After requesting to join, the admin will receive an email notification, where they can approve your request.

Step 3: Profile

While you wait for the admin to approve, you can still set up your user profile. After you fill in the required fields, you'll see your company's profile, but you can only edit or manage job postings or contracts once the account admin approves your request.
