In this week’s Folio release, we’ve rolled out several updates and fixes across the platform. We've made improvements to project management, both on the student and employer side, as it relates to applications and contracts. And we implemented several fixes across onboarding and the employer interviewing flow.
Improvements
Student Applications| When student applications are Rejected, the status is now reflected as Rejected instead of Archived.
Employer Contracts Page|Employer contract three-dot menu accurately reflects actions employers can take based on the status of contract.
Login | Folio's Terms & Use and Privacy Policy has been added to our Login page.
Fixes
Student Project Managment| Removing the Venture Fellowship Tab that leads to a page with a 404 error page.
Employer Onboarding | Fixing navigation flows for when employer requests to join an existing organization.
Requesting Interview |Employers are now CC'd to interview invite emails they send out when requesting to interview a candidate (student calendly not configured).
Requesting Interview |Fixed an issue where employers could schedule an interview with a student, but then exit out of the scheduling modal right after scheduling, causing the system to think the interview wasn't scheduled. Students are now marked as "interviewing" as soon as the event is booked.
Safari | Resolved an issue with older versions of Safari where user's couldn't navigate to the user profile page if they were on an old version of the Safari browser.
