Project Creation Wizard

The project creation wizard allows employers to have a project or job posting live for students to apply for. Creating a detailed job description (JD) can be a tedious task. However, we've simplified the process to make it as seamless as possible using genAI.

To get started, find the button Post a job anywhere on the platform (primarily from the main 'Home' and ''My Projects' pages). Once you click on the button, you’ll be taken to a page where you can input the job title or select one of our suggested job titles displayed below the job title field. You can also add a short one-liner about what you’re looking for in this role, along with the skills and tools needed for success.

Clicking Generate with AI will take your inputs and produce a sample job description along with corresponding goals. You can edit these goals and descriptions if they do not match what you initially envisioned. Alternatively, you can write or paste your own job description and goals from scratch.

On the next page, you'll input your budget, as well as the number of hours and the project duration you anticipate. You’ll also select the number of interns you wish to hire for this role and indicate whether you are looking for someone to transition from an intern position to full-time employment at the conclusion of the internship.

Your final step is to review your job posting. If you’re not ready to post it yet, you can save your job posting as a draft. You can also make any final edits or regenerate aspects of the job posting with AI.
